It has been 10 years since the Slammers last played Loch March Golf Club. Such a visually pleasing course as it weaves its way through unspoiled forest accented by challenging and strategically located water. Four CMPC singles matches played out today as well as matches played against Slammers holding ranking A1, B1 and C1. There is a new A1 but B1 and C1 were successfully defended. In fact for the entire field successful defences out number upsets by 3 to 1. All four dogs were captured and only 2 skins making for a big bones day. A challenging but picturesque course made for some challenging Slammer golf. And the weather cooperated so we could enjoy the day. McDon is the Matheson Realty event winner as he captures 11 points. McDon actually tied NikeMom with points and McDon walks away as the event determined by the tie breaker of most match points. McDon defeats fellow A Slammers T-bird, Skeeter and Duke and is crowned the new A1. Well done and congratulations, McDon.
