With yesterday's events being a total and utter wash out, literally, Sunday's sunshine was a welcome sight. Perhaps for the first time ever in Slammer history, two events were scheduled Saturday and both were a no go - The Arnprior event was cancelled and the Perth event was deemed incomplete. Today, the forecasted high was only 17, the sky above was partially overcast and the winds didn't help...but it was dry afterall and that was enough to keep the Slammers content. Fall is just around the corner and everyday is a good golf day when you're Canadian ... 'cause we know what comes after fall!!!
