Location! Location! Location! Another sold out Thursday Pine View event with cooperative weather, great conditions and a bunch of fun loving Slammers. These Thursday event are becoming like a Slammer club event with many of the same loyal Slammers coming out every week. Conditions are great and matches are close, so as always results all depend on your swing and your performance. We missed a few of the regulars but hope to see them next week. As always, the enjoyment factor depends on the Slammers who play and the course conditions. And thank you to my fellow Slammers since by all accounts you really enjoyed the day, Slammin'! PS it was so difficult to choose the 1st star since it was neck and neck!!

  • NOTABLE: GoTee scores his 26th dog of the season which puts him into the 1st place position for the Culligan Doggie Cup. It also represents his 101st Dog in his 2 and 1/2 seasons on the Slammer Tour. Yes, this may be the year of the GoAT! Congrats!!

  • NOTABLE: 1st two groups finish in less than 4 hours!! Great POP and hats off to group 1 JonJon, Shteeme, Gru and Flagondry and Group 2 Pipeline, Turtle, P-Bomb and Skeeter for a great pace. The 3rd group finishes in 4hrs 10 minutes which is okay!!

  • NOTABLE: Again 14 of the 16 Slammers score below their median. The best score under their scoring mediun goes to Flagondry who shoots an amazing 11 strokes below his mediam. Nice ball strikin!!
