Divas and Slammers out today!! Well cross out the Divas and what we are left with are hard core Pine View Slammers. Yup, we played today after the hard rains last night from Hurricane Patricia and today with the winds from Diva Patricia. Remember fondly the 90s? Well today, the winds played havoc with golf shots and putting as all scores were between 91 and 100 and we don't want to remember all those scores in the 90s. The course played very tough today. Match play result only matter, not stroke play scores but...........? It was the last regular Thursday Slammer event at Pine View. It has been an outstanding series, closely resembling a club atmosphere. To all our hard core Slammers, thank you for coming out today. There are 3 more Pine View events left in the season.   • NOTABLE: Although Doog was not at Pine View today in body, he was there in spirit. Doog donates his 9 bones of skin money from last week to the kids! Our Hats Off to You, Doog and Make A Wish thanks you!!

  • NOTABLE: The kids were the big bones winner today as the Make A Wish Foundation get $61 from 8 Slammers. The total comes from 35 bones from unclaimed Doggies, 12 bones from 3 putts today, 5 bones from the overage in Skins money and 9 bones from Doog who donates his winning from last week. We are so glad that we can support such a worthwhile cause. CHEERS TO THE KIDS!!

  • RECORD: 8 Slammers today set a Slammer record of $61 for the kids from 8 Slammers. Of course there has been more donated from an event but $61 from 8 Slammers is a per Slammer record!!

  • NOTABLE: The wind gets an notable since it played havoc with our ball flight...high scores and lots of 3 putts!!

  • CULLIGAN DOGS: NADA Doggies taken today. The 35 bones goes to the kids and the kids thank you!!...none of these guys are good!!

  • NOTABLE: KidsClub hits the green on the last par 3 for a possible 35 bone dog but guess what???. He doesn't two putt....he doesn't three putt...but he 4 putts!! The kids love yah!!!

  • REAL FANS SKINS: There were 10 skins today. Each was worth 3 bones. Winners are Gru (4 skins), Ehmcee (3 skins), Papa Malone, Duffy and Stevie Ray. Ehmcee wins 2 with birdies and Gru wins one with a birdie while the rest are won with pars except Ehmcee wins one with a boogie. SWEEEEEEET!!
