Another full weekend of Slamming in the City and we were off the course in time to catch the 4th quarter of the Red Blacks playing in the Eastern Finals against the Tiger Cats. The overcast skies that hung above through most of the round were gone by mid day and became a sunny afternoon perfect for football and golf. Watching the game on the 19th hole we can see that the Red Blacks are playing under a full blue sunny sky south east of here. Slamming is not over for the season...more events on the schedule this week and stay tunned for more weekend golf if the weather continues as it has. Great day Slammers, IronMaiden....Update: Red Blacks take the win and are headed to the Grey Cup!

NOTABLE: Not sure if this is a first but there was a coin toss for the first and second star today as both players pretty well had the same results - Congrats to both

NOTABLE: Hole # 5 was once again playing as a par 3 today with the course maintenance still ongoing
