Hot and humid with not a drop of rain through the 18 holes...and the course was in excellent scoring condition. Only 4 Slammers played in today's PineView Thursday's event as 7 Slammer dropped out before the deadline. Was it the forecast??? Regardless, it turned out to be a wonderful Slammer golf day under summer weather and summer conditions. And the group was super Slammerlicious. Great performances, solid match play, super Slammer company under ideal summer conditions. What more could we ask for? All supported each other with congrats on good shots and not one single negative comment throughout the 18. Simply Outstanding. All successful match play defences resulting in no movement on the overall Slammer ladder or your respective Divisional ladder. And yes, the 19 hole played so well just like the other 18 with lots of great comments and banter, supportive positive discussion and no missed putts.
