The weather for today’s event was unpredictable if you had followed the forecast over several days before the event. There was a brief few minute shower on hole 1, hole 7 and 13 but overall it was a warm humid golf playable and enjoyable Slammer day. Five of 24 Slammers originally registered (3 Putt, Bogey, Nicky, Cracker and KC) teed off to enjoy Slammin’. No skins for stats but for enjoyment. No dogs for S/J points but good for bones and stats. The Slammers were sandwiched between two tournaments and nobody seemed to mind as the Slammers set a great pace. Overall a super day playing match play Slammer golf. Your OC, KC.
Cracker is the event winner today as he successfully defends against KidsClub and Nicky. He has a birdie, a dog and shoots better than median. He's tied with Duke for most events at 46 and is number 1 one the Stirling Johnston Points Leaderboard. Congratulations.
