Frost delay pushed our tee times such that the last group teed off around 1:00. Once the sun did its magical warmup, off came the layers and the Slammers enjoyed a very warm, bright, sunny fall day of Slammer tour match play golf. Capturing doggies was challenging due to the punched and somewhat sanded greens. However, 4 doggies were won along with 6 skins and only 3 birdies were registered. But hey, we are golfing in early November in above seasonal temperatures in the sun and warmth without moisture (snow). A big welcome to Sir Hacksalot and Timmy W playing in their 1st Slammer event.
